(1) The officer designated by the department may also monitor and inspect industries with foreign investment as required.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the officer who conducts the monitoring and inspection shall report to the department within three days from the date of completion of the monitoring and inspection, detailing whether the foreign investor or industry has done anything contrary to section 36.
(3) Other arrangements related to monitoring and inspection of the industry shall be as prescribed.
